We charge based on the number of forms required for your tax preparation, or we may implement a flat rate depending on the complexity of your case. It's important to note that any banking fees are beyond our control and not included in our fees.

We strive to educate our clients on the advantages and comparisons of various tax preparation methods to ensure you make informed decisions. Our goal is to work efficiently so that you are never overbilled for time that isn't necessary for your tax preparation.

Regarding the final billing, you can expect it to include costs for copying, bank e-filing, preparation, and any mandatory third-party audit assistance. Our partner rates range from $500 to $600 per hour, while associate rates are between $300 and $400 per hour. For tax preparation, our fees start at $100 and can go up to $550, depending on prior costs and any associated late fees.

Please note that retainers are required to be paid upfront. If there are any issues with your bank accepting your return for payment, you may need to cover the preparation costs out of pocket. We're here to assist you throughout the process and ensure clarity in our services and fees.
